I am very happy with the service provided by Christopher. The previous heating engineer installed the 3-port valve wrong way round and Christopher was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes. He advised me to ask the previous engineer to come back and fix it, which means he could have made an empty trip today. Christopher rectified the problem within half an hour. He made sure I understood what he was doing along the way and he was patient to answer any of my questions. He also helped to check that all radiators are working as expected before he left. Christopher is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Christopher and will use his service going forward.

Came and found an impossible leak in a large commercial Warehouse and resolved the problem in a timely manner with no fuss. The finished work was completely first class and even above the standard we expected. Extremely disappointing experience. I was told from the outset that the work would be covered by insurance, which turned out to be incorrect. I was charged 5,000 for investigating and fixing a water leak, however the initial workmanship was very poor and the leak was still present after they left. On a second opinion was told, the plumber cracked my soil stack and then attempted to charge a further 5,000 to repair damage. Insurance did not cover any of this, despite repeated assurances that it would. I requested a refund for the additional money paid and received no response at all. In the end, I had to hire another builder to properly fix the leak and repair the cracked soil stack. Only around 3 to 4 hours of work was carried out, yet I was charged for 12 hours. The pricing was completely unjustified for the work done. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and get multiple opinions before proceeding.
