Hired Ryan to fit a Hozelock reel to my external wall, which had to be connected to my kitchen water supply. He was professional, very polite, punctual and easy to have around compared to some tradespeople, who can get tetchy if things fail to go to plan. He did an excellent job, completed with the minimum of fuss. I was asked to check his work at the end and he was at pains to see that I was satisfied with what he had done. He also calmly and patiently responded to any questions I had about the job. He left the site clean and tidy and deposited the packaging in our recycle bin. I was presented with a very professional invoice for the amount stated when I accepted his quote, to include parts. Would strongly recommend and would hire him again should the necessity arise. He was a pleasure to do business with.

Gujar was really helpful, he ordered the part for me once I sent him the details of the cooker. He came in and one hour later, it was sorted. Martin did a great job replacing our freestanding bath tap. He was quick to respond, and was able to attend the next day. His communication was very polite and efficient, he was very respectful of our home, he tidied up when he left and did a great job. Things weren’t as straightforward as they seemed because of the tiles that we had, Martin took it in his stride and just got on with things without complaining. He is a great plumber, and really reasonably priced. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to all!

I would not recommend. Sev and team did a good job, very quick, redid the gas central heating and installed the boiler in 3 days. My issue is with Sev’s customer service. He gave me price based on one specific boiler - when I challenged why this boiler instead of others and what makes one boiler better than another he dismissed me saying that the boiler he is installing will do for me and if I need another I can source it and he will knock £500 off the price - no advice, no guidance. Same thing when I asked for the flow rate and pressure because a prospective bathroom fitter wanted it to be able to advice on a suitable shower - he didn’t bother recording it and said that my bathroom fitter should stay focussed on the tiling he had to do! Post job job the kitchen fitter noticed that the pipe Sev had cut to set up for the sink was in bad condition causing a leak. The pipes were almost certainly in bad condition before Sev touched them however he would have saw that they were in bad condition yet he didn’t tell me. When I asked why he was rude saying they were my pipes, it’s not his responsibility to notify me if he sees that they are bad. The thing is he is right. However, one thing that I learnt from my renovation is that most builders will do a good job, few builders are capable of providing good pre and post job service which, in my view, is more important.
