Simon visited to make an assessment prior to a quote. Simon explained worse scenario to allow us to make an informed choice. Work completed, Simon was a professional and tidy worker that overcame issues that were thrown at him. Great attitude and sense of humour. Fully recommend. Simon also fitted in an extra job during his visit which improved our life’s no end. (Don’t tell him but rates are sound in comparison to another quote from someone that just threw a price out there, based on no in depth knowledge of the job.)
