Plumber arranged the day and time to do the job. He arrived as agreed. Checked the job and said he needed to go and get a part from the plumbers merchant. Rang me, literally a couple minutes after leaving the house to say the part was out of stock. He would be back in two days, around lunchtime, with the part and do the job. He didn't come back. He didn't ring. He didn't respond to my message.
