Very happy with the work that Dave did. I too be honest didn't fully communicate the job requirements and as a result some minor additional work needed done ( I again should have been clearer ) here and, what distinguished David out here from others, is the fact that he came back pretty much straight away to do the additional work, without complaint or charge ! .... nice one David, and again this is where I think David distinguished himself ( how many tradesman would come back to do additional work that hadn't been fully comunicated at no extra charge ! ). Sent David an invite for the job and he was here within a couple of hours. He looked at the problem and knew immediately what was wrong. He removed the old washing machine inlet valve and replaced it with a new full bore valve. Completed the job cleanly and swiftly, again within a couple of hours. Friendly, approachable, cant say enough.
