Posted a job after hours at around 7pm - Tomas was on another job nearby at the time and headed over afterwards. By 9pm the problem was solved and some expert advice given - with the water flowing a lot better than it was previously, stopcock eased and pressure valve adjusted. Excellent work and a speedy response - top drawer.

This man came today with his colleague and he started to bring his paint and equipment in. I went upstairs for a meeting and started to hear noises downstairs- I came down to find he had left with the door wide open. Absolutely unreliable and inefficient tradesmen. Do not recommend at all. Nice guy but clearly not committed in the job. Waste of my time and leaving my main door open was dangerous. He didn’t even have the decency to tell me. Now he has switched his phone off!!!!

Ben did a great job sorting out several small plumbing issues in our new apartment: fixing a tap, shower control and underfloor heating issues. He turned up on time, ordered the parts quickly, installed everything efficiently. He even volunteered to make himself available on a Sunday morning at no extra cost to get the job finished when we had an Amazon delay for a small part. Also charges very reasonable rates for labour and fully transparent with price for parts. Would recommend and will contact him again with any future plumbing needs.

This was our first project, and we were exceptionally fortunate to find Bujar. We're actually getting tired of hearing our family and friends tell us how lucky we are and how amazing he sounds. One of the most honest, trustworthy, and genuine people I've ever met. If I had a problem, he'd be one of the first people I'd call! In fact I did last week and he came to the rescue :) His team were all friendly, polite, conscientious and very tidy. They worked around us as much as they could, always making sure we had access to what we needed which sometimes meant it took them longer to work. Bujar is a perfectionist and is so proud of what he does, he made sure everything was done to a high standard - the estate agent who came round after we were done was impressed! His prices are very fair (better value than other quotes we got and much less time). We couldn't believe it was done in the 3 months he said it would take, and we managed to fit in a few extra bits and pieces after that. He was so helpful throughout, took all project management on and didn't bother us unless an important decision needed to be made. He drove us around all over the place to sort kitchens, bathrooms, etc. and gave us really helpful advice throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his team. I can't imagine ever wanting to look for another builder unless I had to - something that is quite common amongst Bujar's clients. We are extremely pleased with everything about our new house.

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!

The guy was obliging,polite and punctual throughout,despite problems with some of the equipment we had ordered,and returned as soon as we had replacement parts to refit as necessary.We tested everything before he left and everything worked perfectly.When small adjustments were asked for,he made them. Room left tidy and unwanted items taken away. Can recommend him 100% and will most certainly use him again.
