Lee plumbed a washing machine into a bathroom for us (which at time of writing this we've not actually used, but we're happy so far). He also removed a bedroom gas radiator, which required pulling up a section of carpet, and was all done neatly and with good communication from Lee on specific options for how the remaining pipework could be accessed. Lee was also helpful in connecting us with a recommended electrician, to complete some wiring work on the washing machine. He was professional and easygoing to deal with throughout.

In the end installing the replacement dishwasher was much trickier than expected, but he persevered and sorted it. Was really impressed by his expertise and practical approach. Substantial Repairs to our freehold building including new roof, replacement Bressummer Beams and repairs to outside brickwork , guttering and windows. This was a most complicated job which included the handling of 11 residents. Lee's work was very professional, well organized and empathetic towards those that were affected by this huge disruption.
