We met Ian on the day he said he would come and he arrived with a pleasant attitude. Knew what he was doing and got on with it. Had to return to help us out "no fault of Ians" again knew what he had to do and left. He will be returning again to complete the job which we are aware of. Totally recommended, was in need of a bath taking out and a shower cubicle going in for my ill father in law, From the first contact to finishing the job nothing was too much trouble, I had really no idea what was involved but ideas were given, mock up pictures sent, the process went amazingly to the highest quality and attention to detail. Whilst the job was being undertaken if my father in law needed the bathroom everything was cleared away so he had a safe trip whilst using the bathroom nothing was to much trouble, everything was explained to him and my mother in law to keep them aware of what was happening. If I could give more than 5 stars I would l, and also am happy for anyone to contact me regarding this review as there isn't enough room to just say how pleased we are with everything they have done for us.

I would highly recommend Pete, he has done a brilliant job, building the stud wall, insulated and plasters it bringing warmth into what was a cold bedroom. It was always cold and damp which was why it always closed off with a curtain up at the door. Now it is warm. We didn’t even know he was here, he just carried on with the job he had to do which is perfect, we can already feel the difference. Again I would highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this one. Late arrival, unprofessional, borrowing tools from other workers, spent more time in screwfix than at the property to do the job and bought a load of materials not needed. Word of advice agree no payment until job completed.
