Great job of re tiling/ re fitting of shower components the finished product looked really good. Only down side was an over charge of £50 more than original quote. After a visit to look at the job, prior to doing the job, the full work should be quoted for. I did pay in full as the job was necessary. Make sure you are exactly clear with what you want doing and requirements of the job at hand. He did try and contact me while I was away (to explain additional cost). However, I would book this company again as the quality of work was excellent.

Stephen and his team installed a new bathroom for us back in January. They were always on time and very friendly and completed the work to a very high standard - i'm a perfectionist and it was nice to see them taking their time to get things right despite quite a few challenges along the way. They were very tidy workers - laying carpet protectors, sweeping up etc etc. We were kept well informed throughout but it did end up costing more than was originally quoted due to an uneven floor, and we did feel this could have been communicated a little better as we hadn't budgeted for this. We were so pleased with the work, that we asked Stephen to quote for further work which he did, but unfortunately he never got back in touch with a quote despite us ringing him 2 or 3 times and leaving messages. We were quite disappointed about that and it also made us wonder how any problems following installation may be dealt with as I believe all work is supposed to be guaranteed - so not sure how that works if you can't get in touch with the contractor once the work is complete.
