Mr Mihail Arama is very knowledgeable of his profession and was very thorough with the work. Before changing the fusebox he checked all the electrical points that would need addressing in the house. As I live in a house built in the 80s, he explained what changes were required in order to be safe and obtain the safety compliance certificate. He explained how the different house circuits were organised in the fuse box and checked that all worked as expected after the installation. As I had issues with my old stove and oven which caused the fusebox to trip he returned to make sure that all cables were in the right circuit and explained why that was happening. After a few days , he followed up to make sure that I had received the certificate and that everything was in order. He also installed a power shower and took great care in checking previously all the requirements that were needed. He made himself available for any issues post-installation and replied promptly and courteously. Mr Mihail Arama is a serious professional that will listen to your concerns and will find a solution for them. I don't hesitate to recommend him for any electrical jobs that you may have.

Georgi was great and we are already planning to have him back for further work. He fitted five fire doors in record time, including self-close mechanism on the kitchen door, to irregular frames and to a quality befitting a professional carpenter. He installed a kitchen window pane in 30 mins as part of his daily rate and a bunch of other fixes, including constructing a makeshift kitchen cabinet, installing ventilation fans, pre-cutting skirting boards, reinstalling and fixing a shower enclosure. He was multiskilled, punctual, polite and with a full professional tooset. When I asked him to redo a boxing-in of pipes which I hadn't specified to him adequately, he didn't quibble and on the second go he did a superb job. I wish I had found him to do my whole kitchen fitting!

Paul was quick and very clear in his initial communication with me quoting a price for the job and telling me exactly what to buy and where to buy the radiators I required He arrived promptly and he did a really great job today changing my radiators from storage heaters to electric wall mounted radiators He worked very hard , it turned out to be a heavy complicated job . He really knows his trade He was very thorough and professional throughout whilst being friendly and polite. He cleared everything up after the work was completed I am so pleased with the job he did and the radiators look great. His cost for the work he did, I think was very fair I would really recommend him for any heating plumbing issues and I would certainly contact him again if I require any further work . I have recommended him to my friend already

Mateusz, better known as Matthew, has just completed a job at my house consisting of replacing our bedroom ceiling, installation of downlights, repairs and redecoration, as well as the installation of a concealed shower, shower tray and cubicle, which involved some retiling and electrical repairs to mirror lights & switch. Matthew has done a great job, working conscientiously and paying attention to every detail. We are delighted with the outcome and it has been a real pleasure to have him working here. The work has been completed to a high standard and for a very reasonable price. Imran was fantastic to deal with. He got in touch straight away and was happy to text when I couldn't speak on the phone at work. He laid out his pricing really clearly and didn't charge a call-out fee. He arrived bang on time and inspected the problem with my central heating. As it turned out, I didn't have any problems after all but he showed me why the heating had been clicking on and off so I'd be able to fix it myself in future. Imran didn't charge me as there was no problem for him to fix which is really amazing given he still gave up his time to come and have a look. He was polite, courteous and I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If I ever have boiler or plumbing issues in the future, i'll definitely call Imran.
