He communicated with me giving me a time slot so that I didn’t have to sit in all day he messaged me 20minutes before arriving exactly when he said would. Came in serviced the boiler in the exact timelines he had outlined. Kept me informed through out and answered some questions I had on how to make my boiler run efficiently. Greg completed some work for my mum who now lives on her own after a tough year. What I thought was going to be a simple job turned out not quite to be the case (my fault), however this did not put Greg off. He really went above and beyond to make sure the job was done to the best professional standard whilst fixing the bodged job that was left by the previous fitters. He is that trustworthy, genuine, friendly and reliable that he happily helped my mum with another job that needed doing as well without asking for more money! Greg is a real find and a gem of a guy who I will definitely use again for any home maintenance work needing done. I really can't recommend him enough.
