Clark was very knowledgeable and was able to fix my toilet cistern on the spot as he had the parts in his van, saving a return visit. Made the most of him being there for a small job and asked a few questions about fitting a condensing boiler which he was able to help answer. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say anything positive about this company, after weeks of posting the plumber arrived and it was obvious from the minute he walked in that he didn’t want to be here, everything was a problem and after many moans and groans he said that he couldn’t do the job, he said he couldn't get the valves off as they were corroded, his solution was to change the whole pump. I declined and told him to forget it as I wasn’t willing to lay out more money than was necessary (quoted £141 to replace 2 valves). I phoned a local plumber who arrived today, couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful, removed the 2 valves with no moans or groans and replaced them both at a cost of £110, £31 cheaper than Full Flow plumbing. I had also asked full flow if they could re-seal my bath, they quoted £120 yes £120 to re-seal around a bath. If you are looking for a plumber to do work in your house or business then avoid this company at all cost, they are not grateful for the work and are way overpriced.

We had arranged to meet on site at 9 am. I cancelled a job so I could be there at agreed time and waited an hour and they didn’t show up. I wouldn’t have minded it they wanted to cancel the job but didn’t get in touch with me to tell me they weren’t coming. Completely wasted my time. Update, in response to your reply, we don’t have any door bell cameras at the yard, in fact we don’t even have a door, it’s a big metal gate. I can only assume you were at the wrong address. I provided a screenshot with a dropped pin of exactly where the tap was to be fitted. After having checked my phone, I don’t have any missed calls from you till 9:03 pm on Monday.
