Really impressive! As others have said, very polite and professional. Kept me updated throughout before arrival. In the end installing the replacement dishwasher was much trickier than expected, but he persevered and sorted it. Was really impressed by his expertise and practical approach. James Farrell did a great job for us. We had called out several plumbers to try and fix a cistern that had been installed poorly, and had no luck. Once we called James, his assistant got in touch quickly to book in an appointment and he was able to repair it without us needing to buy extra parts. He adjusted the cistern and flush plate and left it looking better than it originally was. Very happy with the result and no mess was left behind :).

Ross has excited expectations in conducting the job I hired him for. The job consisted in locating and eliminating a bathroom smell, and he contacted the job successfully and at really affordable rates. The communication from the offset was timely, concise and clear. He visited my property once and tackled the issue, offering to come back free of charge in case the issue would persist. After his first intervention the smell nearly went away, but came back after a few days, way less prominently than originally. As promised, Ross came back free of charge and tried another solution, which solved the problem entirely. Throughout, I was impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommended!

I asked him to put a wardrobe together for me that my daughter had managed to break & he did an excellent job. Not only did he do that job for me he also put my daughters bed back together that I dismantled to make room for him to do the wardrobe. Fantastic service & fantastic customer service.
