We asked Danny for a quote for installing a combination boiler; he was very professional, explaining options and solutions. His quote came quickly and was a good price. The engineer, Mike, arrived on time. He explained each step of the job and gave us a time scale of the job. He was professional and courteous. His work was excellent, doing the job as if he were working on his own house. The installation took two days. At the end of both days he cleaned up after himself including hoovering and wiping up and hand prints or spills. When he finished the job he explained how to use the boiler and timer. He explained that H.E.H. Ltd would send in the information for the guarantee and the gas safe certificate. We have no complaints at all, H.E.H. Ltd is a professional company with well qualified and experienced engineers. We highly recommend them and will use them again in any future plumbing needs.

All communication with Cameron was good, we arranged a price and a time and he turned up promptly and as arranged, he was very polite, completed the job to a high standard, and cleared up afterwards. We are very happy with the work and wish him well. Would recommend.
