Turned up bang on time on the Monday with his brother also fully qualified!! Very high standard of workmanship, polite, clean, could not be more helpful. Piotr (Peter) was extremely prompt, polite and efficient. He contacted me on the same day as the job was posted, gave me a competitive quote and came over to inspect the required job first. He fixed an appointment to start the work on the next day, arrived punctually, finished the job which was quite a tricky one to access as it was located behind fitted kitchen cabinets, in less than an hour and a quarter, tidied up and left after testing the connection fully. A very pleasant and satisfying repair experience altogether. Would use him again and thoroughly recommend him. SW (homeowner)

I appointed Vision Contracts as my preferred vendor for the Trace and Repair job based on their existing feedback and also their clarity of services that they were providing. Jack from Vision Contracts explained the steps clearly on the process of the trace and repair before making the appointment to visit. He came round and evaluated the situation and carried out some tests to see if he could identify the leaking source. He cut access hatches to see if the waste pipe to the bath was leaking and checked all the pipe work to the bath taps and behind both the washing mashing and dishwasher. As part of the flood test investigation of the the area, he noticed that there were faulty tiles where the water was cascading down the back of the bath and realized this was the issue. The works he carried out was very thorough and he left nothing to chance. All avenues were tested to ensure the job was completed to a high standard i.e. identification of the leak source. A temporary repair was put in place as this was not part of the agreement and photo evidence was shared (before, during and after) of the works performed. Very happy and would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job. They sorted the small leak coming from the compression on the inlet pipe and also opened some isolation valves that were closed. Now the issues have been resolved and we are very happy. They are lovely and polite ladies. We will definitely use them again.

Eriken arrived on time, surveyed the garden, and then recommended a better solution to the one that I had in mind, namely using concrete fence posts to replace the old wood and metal ones, and he did so without putting any pressure on me at all. I thought it was a great idea as they would be much easier to maintain, and replacing future fence panels would be a matter of just sliding them in. We agreed on a fair price, and Eriken arrived promptly on the day with his colleagues, took down all of my old fence panels and fence posts, and fitted new concrete posts and new panels very professionally. He and his colleagues took away my old fence panels for disposal and cleared away any mess, and then he sent me pictures of the job as it was at one of my tenanted properties. I would definitely use Eriken again. Thank you, Eriken, for a professional job well done.
