We had a nice discussion at the start and initially agreed a bigger project to work on my two bathrooms. Fortunately, they were unable to do the whole project and only did a smaller part of the project. Only replacing one basin, tap and basin waste. Within 24 hours, water is leaking, tap was not setup as required by the tap manufacturers manual and sealant was not properly done. I paid a higher price compared to another cheaper quote, on the impression that I am getting a professional plumber.

He took a close look at it and advised me of a much cheaper and more effective way to fix the problem than I had suggested without damaging my bathroom. Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch.
