I was impressed at first, then underwhelmed: they have a very slick booking system, and are very professional on that front, but the service didn’t quite live up to that for me. My first appointment was cancelled on the day, then the second was unable to solve either of the problems I’d listed. I had a leaking washing machine and a loose tap which needed tightening. The very friendly chap who came told me he couldn’t advise on washing machines, and quoted me £590 to fix the tap since it was hard to reach and would require removing my sink. I’ve since found someone who was able to do it for £70 without doing that. Perhaps I was just unlucky, but I didn’t get the level of service other seem to have.
