The plumber came to replace a tap but after the work was completed, there was water leaks that were not present beforehand. The work has been completed without proper testing or checks. Left leaks for full weakened and unable to use. He promised to come on Monday but then never came. But wanted extra money for petrol and wanted more money for the job as he says clicker waste was not part of job to come on Tuesday!Why did you start the job and leave a water leak? The company is called Leaky Finders but leaves a leak. This is not the behaviour expected from someone who has had good reviews but unfortunately my experience has been terrible. This has caused inconvenience and stress.

Sent David an invite for the job and he was here within a couple of hours. He looked at the problem and knew immediately what was wrong. He removed the old washing machine inlet valve and replaced it with a new full bore valve. Completed the job cleanly and swiftly, again within a couple of hours. Friendly, approachable, cant say enough.
