These guys were very professional, fixed the fault on my boiler and also went the extra mile by servicing the expansion vessel. Reasonable on the market pricing for a heating engineer. This was our first project, and we were exceptionally fortunate to find Bujar. We're actually getting tired of hearing our family and friends tell us how lucky we are and how amazing he sounds. One of the most honest, trustworthy, and genuine people I've ever met. If I had a problem, he'd be one of the first people I'd call! In fact I did last week and he came to the rescue :) His team were all friendly, polite, conscientious and very tidy. They worked around us as much as they could, always making sure we had access to what we needed which sometimes meant it took them longer to work. Bujar is a perfectionist and is so proud of what he does, he made sure everything was done to a high standard - the estate agent who came round after we were done was impressed! His prices are very fair (better value than other quotes we got and much less time). We couldn't believe it was done in the 3 months he said it would take, and we managed to fit in a few extra bits and pieces after that. He was so helpful throughout, took all project management on and didn't bother us unless an important decision needed to be made. He drove us around all over the place to sort kitchens, bathrooms, etc. and gave us really helpful advice throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his team. I can't imagine ever wanting to look for another builder unless I had to - something that is quite common amongst Bujar's clients. We are extremely pleased with everything about our new house.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was told from the outset that the work would be covered by insurance, which turned out to be incorrect. I was charged 5,000 for investigating and fixing a water leak, however the initial workmanship was very poor and the leak was still present after they left. On a second opinion was told, the plumber cracked my soil stack and then attempted to charge a further 5,000 to repair damage. Insurance did not cover any of this, despite repeated assurances that it would. I requested a refund for the additional money paid and received no response at all. In the end, I had to hire another builder to properly fix the leak and repair the cracked soil stack. Only around 3 to 4 hours of work was carried out, yet I was charged for 12 hours. The pricing was completely unjustified for the work done. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and get multiple opinions before proceeding.
