Neil Jarman replied immediately and, since he was driving nearby, came to inspect the problem, which was a major leak of water “somewhere on the property” as detected by Severn Trent. He was able to identify the approximate position and returned to replace the corroded section, which was a complex combination of joints below an outbuilding and not in daily use, one week later and entirely satisfactorily.

After having received a few (expensive) quotes from plumbers and booking a plumber that didn’t show up, I was disheartened and untrusting! Baz got in contact with me, outlined the issue, provided an estimate quote and arranged a date to have a look at the taps and confirm the quote. Baz turned up on time to provide a quote however, upon seeing both taps, decided that he could fix them instantly! (Previous plumbers had quoted that the taps would need replacing and it was a big job.) Within half hour, my kitchen tap and bathroom tap were both fixed without having the need to replace them! Baz is a professional yet friendly plumber and his prices are so reasonable! I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family and will most definitely be using his services again!
