Gujar was really helpful, he ordered the part for me once I sent him the details of the cooker. He came in and one hour later, it was sorted. He was very attentive with attention to details, he took his time to make sure everything was good. Exactly what we expect from an engineer when we need them. Recommend him.

Bekim is diligence personified. His communication beginning to end was amazing. Upon arrival he was very respectful and courteous. He carried out the work (removing a bedroom radiator and capping the pipes) to an amazing standard. He also found a split pipe underneath the floorboards and swiftly identified a solution Once completed he left his work area as it was found. In conclusion Bekim is brilliant, his pricing and flexible availability would be suitable for anyone. I will definitely be calling him again for further work, you should too!

I would not recommend. Sev and team did a good job, very quick, redid the gas central heating and installed the boiler in 3 days. My issue is with Sev’s customer service. He gave me price based on one specific boiler - when I challenged why this boiler instead of others and what makes one boiler better than another he dismissed me saying that the boiler he is installing will do for me and if I need another I can source it and he will knock £500 off the price - no advice, no guidance. Same thing when I asked for the flow rate and pressure because a prospective bathroom fitter wanted it to be able to advice on a suitable shower - he didn’t bother recording it and said that my bathroom fitter should stay focussed on the tiling he had to do! Post job job the kitchen fitter noticed that the pipe Sev had cut to set up for the sink was in bad condition causing a leak. The pipes were almost certainly in bad condition before Sev touched them however he would have saw that they were in bad condition yet he didn’t tell me. When I asked why he was rude saying they were my pipes, it’s not his responsibility to notify me if he sees that they are bad. The thing is he is right. However, one thing that I learnt from my renovation is that most builders will do a good job, few builders are capable of providing good pre and post job service which, in my view, is more important.

Highly recommend. The guys were very professional and respectful throughout. Had some old damaged laminate flooring that needed replacing, Josh did a fantastic job, not to mention in this heat and in the attic room, much respect to him!
