Owen did a great job replacing my under sink boiler.He was on time, polite and didn't leave any mess. The job wasn't as straight forward as i first thought but Owen dealt with the issue and completed the job on time Overall i was 100% pleased with the work he did and would hire him again.

OK, OK, yeah, Mark is as wonderful as his feedback states. Cool, calm, collected and personable. The air of a man confident in his skills and in it for the love, not just a quick buck! Issues with our peculiar hot water system, baffling both British Gas and a range of less capable engineers was sorted by Mark - within an hour! Give that man a cigar! Highly recommended, Mark is already airmarked to overhaul and update the entire system in the summer! Am a bit (ok, a lot) OCD but was as if he was never in the house - no sooty marks on my white walls, dirty fingerprints on the glasswork nor the inevitable tool left behind. Thank you sir.

I hired TRUEFLOW PLUMBING LTD through MyBuilder to repair a leaking toilet. During the visit, the engineer accidentally broke my toilet. The company replaced it, which was the appropriate thing to do. I was advised that the leak had been repaired. Unfortunately, the leak returned only two weeks later. Since reporting the recurring leak, I have been trying to resolve the matter directly with the company. My concern is that, despite several exchanges, I have not been offered a return visit to investigate the recurring fault. Instead, I have been offered a 50% refund, which I have declined because the leak remains unresolved and I may now have to pay another plumber to correct the problem. I am disappointed that we have been unable to reach a resolution and hope the company will still take responsibility for resolving the issue.

I would not recommend. Sev and team did a good job, very quick, redid the gas central heating and installed the boiler in 3 days. My issue is with Sev’s customer service. He gave me price based on one specific boiler - when I challenged why this boiler instead of others and what makes one boiler better than another he dismissed me saying that the boiler he is installing will do for me and if I need another I can source it and he will knock £500 off the price - no advice, no guidance. Same thing when I asked for the flow rate and pressure because a prospective bathroom fitter wanted it to be able to advice on a suitable shower - he didn’t bother recording it and said that my bathroom fitter should stay focussed on the tiling he had to do! Post job job the kitchen fitter noticed that the pipe Sev had cut to set up for the sink was in bad condition causing a leak. The pipes were almost certainly in bad condition before Sev touched them however he would have saw that they were in bad condition yet he didn’t tell me. When I asked why he was rude saying they were my pipes, it’s not his responsibility to notify me if he sees that they are bad. The thing is he is right. However, one thing that I learnt from my renovation is that most builders will do a good job, few builders are capable of providing good pre and post job service which, in my view, is more important.
