It's always worrying when you have to hire someone new, especially when you hear about so many cowboys out there in all different professions. Therefore, from the several quotes I received, I made sure to look into each and every plumber. Even before I investigated each person, Peter stood out straight away, as he had a great way of explaining the way to resolve my bathroom issue, as well as keen to answer any aspects of the quote I was given. On the day of the job, he was very careful and clean. I was also amazed at how well he had removed the tile that was sealed in order to get to under the bath and then resealed back. After a test drive of the bath tonight, everything was working as expected and if I had to give a mark out of 10, it would be 10, as the job was perfect. I have decided to hire Peter again for some additional work in my other bathrooms, in the coming weeks.

Abdullateef responded very quickly over the weekend and was able to come out and diagnose the issue the very same day. After identifying that a part was needed, he managed to source it on a Sunday and returned promptly to complete the repair. He was extremely thorough in his approach and took the time to do the job properly rather than rushing through it like many others might. I have saved his number on speed dial and will definitely be using his services again in the future.

I can’t recommend Daniel and his team enough. It’s always a bit nerve wracking picking a new builder and we had made the wrong decision before with a team we had to ask not to come back. Daniel however was a total breath of fresh air! Straight forward, no nonsense. Always clear and concise with good ideas , helpful options and fair pricing. His work on our bathroom has been fantastic and we have already asked him to come back to do our kitchen and he will definitely be our first call for any other work in the future. Although it’s probably going to get more and more difficult to book him I feel! 100% recommended!

Ali and Mehdi completely transformed our bathroom. They were very professional, hard-working and above all respectful of our proposed design. There were a couple of site discoveries that only came to light after demolition, however Ali and his team workshoppped alternative solutions and were able to adapt their works to suit. In fact the end result is better than the original design. Despite these setbacks they finished the job in good time, even working on Saturdays to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.

Had confirmed I would take a day off for the job. Received a text on the day at the time he was meant to come saying van had broken down and could not come. Then offered to send a friend to do the job. Waste of a day and spent morning running around buying the equipment. If the van did really break down then that’s a fair excuse. Negative experience from my end.

I would hire Irfan Kara again. His manner was friendly and professional and he willingly did a small electrical job for me also in the same visit. I should preface my review with the fact the job was completed. However I had arranged to meet Joe the day after the job was completed so he could show me the work (tenanted house). He suggested a time, which i agreed to - I was travelling from 2 hours away. He cancelled 2 hours before the appointment when i had already arrived. Totally unprofessional. He pushed me to pay the balance after the work was completed on the day, i should have waited until after he had shown me the work. His offer to come on a Saturday was completely useless to me - cancelling so late is a caution to all. I didn't haggle on price, to ensure professionalism. Frankly, Joe should be paying me for wasting my entire day.
