Brilliant, prompt, professional, and excellent plumbing knowledge and customer service. Niall came out on a Sunday morning, which was incredibly convenient for me. His customer service skills were outstanding; he was on time, listened, got straight to work, and was happy to explain all stages of the job and answer my questions. He fixed my thermostatic bar shower (which has been on the blink for quite some time!) and diagnosed a long-term problem with a strong smell of methane caused by a former plumber's less-than-best practice. My bathroom is once again a safe and lovely haven. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this excellent specialist.

Zahier from Kainoxe took on this job which many others would not bothered with. I had quite large project which had stalled for a few years. I needed Zahier to come in and complete 1st fix changes to pipework and then 2nd fix fitting of all radiators and connecting up of temperature control valves for some outlets. Zahier also undertook some other jobs which came up during the course of about a year including removal and refitting of a hot water cylinder. Bits which caused issues and were difficult to resolve, Zahier was happy to get outside assistance to help sort. Zahier charged a fair price and turned up when he said he would. I would recommend Zahier of Kainoxe.
