Eremia has done a lot of work on my house over the last few years and I wouldn’t use anybody else now as his work is the best I have seen ! Eremia has replaced my bathroom, bedroom and laid a patio for me and last job being my kitchen, Eremia is so helpful and understanding of your needs and has great ideas to improve your home I cannot fault his handy work. He carries out work to an extremely high standard and Is a perfectionist! My house would not look as nice if it wasn’t for all of Eremia hard work.

Wahibur was incredibly professional, and was able to complete our job very quickly. He is easy to communicate with, which made it much easier to make decisions regarding our new shower. This plumber is very inexperienced. I hired him after 4 days on the quote site as no other plumber responded. The stopcock was leaking and there was a water pressure noise which needed fixing. He seemed nice enough chap and I showed him the job. It took him 4 hours to fit a new stopcock and left the new water pressure gauge on the floor in the cupboard along with the earth wire unattached which he pulled out and left. He said he would come back within the week to finish it but when he came he made some excuse that something was needed and he couldn't do the pressure valve there and then. I asked him in the meantime to hang 2 small radiators for me, this was a big mistake. It took him 6 hours to hang these radiators and on top of that he knocked out my boiler which was working perfectly well and left us for nearly a week without hot water and heating, until I could afford to pay another plumber to come and rectify this. He also left my bathroom flooded and both radiators that he put on the wall were leaking. I paid him £130 for an unfinished job and overall having to call out another plumber to rectify all the mistakes he'd made, has cost me £352.00. I was told by the experienced plumber who came afterwards that the work that Ian Burns had done was dangerous and that he should be reported immediately and have a full refund of my £130.00. I'm furious with his man for costing me so much money at this time of the year for two very basic jobs, which he could NOT do.

Brian arrived on time, very polite, courteous and was extremely clean, he lay covers over all the floorings and tidied up at the end. He took the time to explain what he was doing throughout the job and updated my fiancée when she arrived home with the results and solution of the leak. Brian also tidied up the waste pipe under the sink to make it a lot neater and replaced the compression fittings with solvent weld fittings to prevent future leaks. Brian also managed to do another few little jobs such as tightening a few joints and kitchen sink that had worked loose but we had not noticed. He thoroughly tested the system before leaving. He was fairly priced and had a high standard of work. I would recommend and use Brian again. Both myself and my fiancée were very impressed by him
