Mohsen is amazing!! He started with a leak in the bathroom and then basically fixed my whole house: replaced the kitchen workshop - which he cut, sanded and fitted - repaired my sash windows, replaced a broken pane, sanded back and made good scratches on the floor in my lounge... mended broken door handles, garden fence, painting, fixed lights.... I could go on. Mohsen can basically do EVERYTHING. He goes the extra mile and his workmanship is impeccable. He is such a lovely guy too. I can't recommend him more highly. Thank you so much, Mohsen!!!!

WARNING COMPLETE SCAMMERS!!! Ivan and Miro performed a 'rewire' of 3 rooms in our flat which was agreed would be in compliance with building regs and would be electrically certified. Turns out they are not able to certify electrical work and do not hold an electrical licence. We have had two third party electricians tell us the work would not pass an electrical test and in fact was highly dangerous. We are now £6.5k out of pocket because we need to have it completely rewired again. What's more on the plumbing, we've had leaks since they finished work only a month ago. Not a surprise since we found that they duct taped two pipes together. They've made our renovation absolute hell. Complete cowboys - please do not use!

After posting my job Samir replied with ‘I’m working in your area at the moment just finishing a job I can come round if that’s convenient for you, no call out charge.’ However, after he phoned, I was told there would be a mandatory £90 ‘inspection fee’. He said if the job was small the £90 would go towards the total charge. He attended the flat and, in a minute or two, identified a worn-out small plastic part. He said he would charge me £20 for the part and £100 for the fix, so the total cost was £120. He completed the work in just under 30 minutes and informed me the bill was £210. I had assumed the £90 ‘inspection fee’ formed part of the payment, but he said no, this would be on top. In hindsight, other contractors had been quoting £50 per hour for labour, so the £190 I paid for half an hour was effectively almost eight times this rate. To be balanced, he was punctual, polite and competent. Overall, I would advise any potential customers to ensure you are crystal clear on charges.
