Knowledgeable, prompt , efficient, personable. I have already used Alex for a second time. He sorted out a long-term plumbing issue which others had not wanted to tackle, surprisingly without any stress! On the next visit I asked him to repair the carport roof panels which had blown off in high winds and other minor carpentry needs. Alex is coming back to next week to change the locks on the house. Callum replied to our advert to help us install a wall-hung toilet in the downstairs cloakroom - he replied to us promptly and arrived on the day as booked - he had the required tools and, more importantly, the right skills & experience - initially, the installation hit some problems as the new toilet was leaking from the back - to his credit, Callum spent the time to rectify the fault and tested everything several times. Overall, the job was completed to our satisfaction and we are happy to recommend him.
