Waste of time and money. He showed up and checked my shower mixer that was at times working and at times not. Suddenly during his visit it did work so he said it was all fine. Paid 150 GBP although he did practically nothing over 45 minutes. I asked him if he would have returned if the mixer would have stopped working gain. He assured me that he would have returned. 2 hours after he left I tried to use the shower and the mixer was not working as expected. Called him again over and over. Had to threaten him to issue an invoice for the money I paid. despite promises and a new appointment taken, he never showed up again. Would avoid calling him. Surprised to see other good reviews.

I’ve been plumbing since 2013 and spent 4 years completing a gas apprenticeship revolving around breakdowns, servicing and maintenance of gas boilers, amongst gaining experience with other gas appliances along the way. The work I currently undertake is solely plumbing and heating as I am yet to register under my own gas safe number in order to do my own gas related jobs. This will be expected in the near future.

Ben was very proactive. Got an accurate quote over the phone. Arrived on time and finished the job quickly. The tenants is known for being difficult sometimes but Ben dealt with it in a professional manner to the extent that the tenants even called me and said he was a very good guy and knows his stuff. Would highly recommend Ben and will use him again in the future.

Aarron provided fully professional service when installing replacement tap for our bathroom sink. During the process we also discovered that sink pipes need to be swapped and he done that without prior agreement. He was friendly and helpful in sharing some of his advice as well. Ali and Mehdi completely transformed our bathroom. They were very professional, hard-working and above all respectful of our proposed design. There were a couple of site discoveries that only came to light after demolition, however Ali and his team workshoppped alternative solutions and were able to adapt their works to suit. In fact the end result is better than the original design. Despite these setbacks they finished the job in good time, even working on Saturdays to get the job done. I would highly recommend them.

I had 2 jobs with him. One for bathroom and room renovation including new plaster and doors fitted. Bathroom was done in time. But the renovation, he left Un finished. Despite reaching out many times and he keeps on promising to come and finish. Now I have to pay someone else to finish the job. I am very disappointed. I wanted to use him for some other jobs in the future. I will not be using him ever again. I have made a mistake to paid him full on time. False promises. I have screen shots of messages where he is committed to come but didn’t turn up. He is not trustworthy at all. Avoid 🛑

I am very happy with the service provided by Christopher. The previous heating engineer installed the 3-port valve wrong way round and Christopher was able to diagnose the issue within 5 minutes. He advised me to ask the previous engineer to come back and fix it, which means he could have made an empty trip today. Christopher rectified the problem within half an hour. He made sure I understood what he was doing along the way and he was patient to answer any of my questions. He also helped to check that all radiators are working as expected before he left. Christopher is honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend Christopher and will use his service going forward.
