Scott was able to come and carry out repair quickly. Arrived promptly and was friendly and helpful. He was thorough and offered advice if the troublesome noise was not originating from my toilet. He contacted me later in day to check everything was ok. Would highly recommend and would use again. Noise has also stopped!

Responded quickly to my call for my mum's leaking toilet which she was stressed about ,she is 76 and panics with things like that ,So it was great to have it dealt with fast and on a holiday wknd , she was delighted with his work and price ,also cleaned up great after ,he was freindly and put her at ease by talking her through the work and also sent me video clips of the problem and finished job .
