This provider took my money but never attended my property or carried out the work (a report on already completed plumbing works). All he had to do was write a report to say that the repair works were complete. On the day he was due to attend he never let me know he was on his way or that he wanted to come early morning. Then he went to a nearby apartment a few streets away and said he had attempted to come so it was my fault. Then he said he would do the report remotely I must send him pictures, after sending him pictures he said he wanted to visit site so we were back to him making an appointment which of course he really did not want to do. 3 months later no sign of my money or a very simple report that a child could have done. He also has not returned my money (£120). I can now see why he insisted he be paid in advance because he is a time waster with no confidence in his own abilities hence payment in advance, so that when he disappoints the customer he can still get paid.

External Painting & Repairs and redecorating hall,stairs and landing. Very pleased with the work Max and his team carried out. Commenced the work as agreed, good time keeping, very polite and kept me informed regarding progress. Completed on time. Also very clean and tidy workers taking time to cover all areas with plastic sheets, cleaned windows on completion. I would have no problem recommending Max and his team and would employ them again.
