Responded to the job posting very quickly. Arrived on time to discuss the job. Very easy to talk and knowledgeable plumber. Kept me informed of what the options were. Possibly not the cheapest in the market, but I have paid twice for previous jobs due to poor fitting, bogged job. I’m happily recommending to use Reece as is much cheaper to pay the right price in the first place rather than pay for numerous issues with a bogged job. Thank you.

William was a pleasure to work with. He completed the whole job and bathroom, including cement floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles, fitted the bathroom suites, built and sprayed a custom unit with draws, and even replaced the light fittings. He was always professional, has excellent craftsmanship, very clean and tidy, and went above and beyond to make sure he did the best job possible. He is also very reasonably priced, yet never cut any corners, and made sure the job was done properly. He was always polite and considerate, and thoroughly cleaned up after himself everyday. Great communication; pleasant and efficient tradesmen. The problem wasn’t fully resolved in the first visit, but they returned to resolve the issue. I was charged for a second visit which was a little disappointing but happy they tended to the problem.

Ahmed offered a fair price for what was a small and quick plumbing job (lower than other quotes). Communication was excellent. He arrived as expected/agreed. On a very rainy day we were grateful that without asking he put on over-shoes. The job was completed efficiently and the new isolator seems to be working well. The room was left clean and tidy. Ahmed was also willing to provide some helpful advice on other DIY jobs. We will definitely call on him again for household plumbing issues (T.R.I. also offers full heating/gas coverage). The company is very new to MyBuilder - hence the few feedback reviews so far - but Ahmed has many years' experience in plumbing. Thank you.
