Job ended up being the kitchen tap that needed replacing but Ian was very quick to diagnose the issue rather than just doing as my ad had suggested and changing the fill valve as some plumbers would have done. He was adaptable, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and would definitely recommend and re-hire. Price was very reasonable as well. Thanks Ian

From start to finish an amazing service and would highly recommend. When I first posted the job the discussion I had with Wai was very professional and all questions asked got answered well within 24 hours. When the team arrived they where incredibly polite and respectful of my house and family and arrived on time. Instead of going straight into the job they spent the time to check everything out and confirm with me what I wanted doing and also the price to be paid. This was very reassuring as I had requested a couple of changes during the process all of which got confirmed and quoted for during this discussion. The team worked very well together and finished both jobs within 3 hours including tidying up and remove all waste from the property. The end result 100% met my expectations and I honestly only have postive things to say. I will definitely be using Wai and the team again.

I recently had my Bathroom completely refurbished by Sumervillle plumbing and heating, and I am happy with the results. Josh was helpful and offered suggestions on what he thought would look best. I am glad he made these suggestions as I think the finished look is better than what I suggested/ had in mind. He made sure to protect my carpets from mess and overall worked to a high standard.
