Scott came out really quickly and “fixed” my cistern problem. It continued to make flushing noises after he replaced a part. I knew he was going on holiday so gave him a few weeks to come back and look at it. My messages have been read and ignored unfortunately. I paid £50 for about 5 minutes of his time and I’ll now need to pay someone else to come and look at it again. Quite disappointing as he seemed like a nice, honest guy with decent reviews.

Communication from James was excellent. Speedy response with quote following our request and although he had to reorganise date and time to fit our dishwasher he kept us informed throughout. Job done was excellent involving fitting a dishwasher and taking away the old one. Would highly recommend - competent work at a competitive price.
