Excellent service. Matt worked ahead of expected timeframe and to the highest of standards. He not only repaired our leak and fixed overheating hot water problem explaining every part of the process along the way, but also identified that our living room fire was venting to the loft as a result of a poorly fitted flue, which he fixed at no additional cost. Knowing I am unlikely to remember annual servicing in the future, I have asked Matt to contact me each year for servicing going forward. Am delighted to have found someone so competent, friendly who also has more than reasonable pricing!!! Thank you Matt.
