Sean attended very promptly on a weekend morning. Identified the problem which was a scaled heat exchanger and saved us money by thoroughly descaling and cleaning the part instead of replacing it. Many other gas engineers would have gone for the easier and more expensive option of fitting a new part. Sean also provided good advice regarding preventative measures. I would definitely use his sevices again and recommend his workmanship.
