Left a huge amount of render and plaster mess when he drilled through the wall from the bathroom into the kids room, awful patch up job and best of all didn’t mention that he’d done that. When I just asked him why this had happened this was Simon Bains reply I’m so sorry, I put filler in it as I drilled through the wall. And then I just completely forgot about it which is why I also didn’t tell you. It just completely slipped my mind. Do not use Corsham and Heating.

Bit of a tricky one this review. Been trying to reach him but no response. Asked for an invoice and I've asked if still working but nothing back. He did an ok job in parts, he put effort in but overall there were issues which I had to fix, not enough battening which left plaster board springy, had to redo battens that were not fixed, badly cut boards, out of level boards that I specifically said we'd need to pack out and kinks on skylight window surround boarding. He made a mistake cut the wrong side of PIR backing on a board and its caused a severe miss level, I had to fill behind with more foam to protect from condensation/cold risks which i raised concern about an was told it wasn't a prob (but is). He miss quoted timings, we had delayed mats but still wrong. He got aggravated at me when I asked for an invoice and to collect cash. Plasterer told me what I needed to do to fix. Overall shame as he had the drive and determination just lacked in care and customer service.

Sam and his team have done an excellent job at installing all pipework and fitting an on-suite bathroom, including tiling into a new build. This was a complex job because Sam had to 'pick-up' where a previous builder had left and support us in addressing deficiencies in the previous builder's work. Sam's work is of an exceptionally high standard, he does the work when he says he will, responds rapidly to communications, which was essential for this job and simply 'gets on with it'.
