Nafi arrived punctually at the agreed time. He immediately identified the problem and replaced the pop up waste which was broken. He did a great job and it now works far better than it ever did. I found Nafi to be very honest, reliable and trustworthy and his charges were very fair. He was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely hire him again and I thoroughly recommend him.

I've used Facundo's team to install a new shower, including wall and floor tiling, massage jets, and concealed shower equipment. Facundo was the person we dealt with at all times, although someone else was assigned to do the job. The quality of the work and finish is extremely good. I was also impressed with Facundo's professional attitude at all times, being very polite and respectful, as well as proactive in addressing any potential issues affecting our planning and execution. Mr Raducanu is very professional in communication. My previous trade man had disconnected all the plumbing pipe and mess up the job. I called Mr Raducanu and he came immediately and reconnected all the plumbing work to get the cold water for the tenant for emergency use. Mr Raducanu gave the quotation in the next day morning for material and labour and get the materials ordered quickly. The job was done in the following day neat and tidy. I would recommend him for anyone. A++ service

Adam was great. He was courteous, conscientious and very professional. We initially had a phone call with him to talk through the details, and we sent some photos to further clarify the job. Already he seemed to be taking things very seriously and asking lots of questions, wanting to get the full picture. He agreed to do the job the next day (which was a lifesaver for us!), and he arrived several minutes early(!). Adam examined the existing pipe work, the radiator, valves, our boiler thoroughly and discussed different possible ways of tackling the job. We agreed with him, and he went away to pick up the appropriate materials (included in his quote). Once he got in to the job, it proved to be trickier than anyone foresaw. However, Adam always checked any alterations to his original plan with us before proceeding. Throughout the job he was highly professional and knowledgeable and a nice guy too! I would recommend Adam for any plumbing-type job, especially radiators!

Punctual tradesman. Found issue with leaking bathroom quickly. Recommended further fixes without being pushy. No issues since leak fixed. Overall very good and prompt service. I would recommend these tradesmen but do agree additional costs for parts and materials up front for transparency purposes and to avoid surprises after the event.

As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. I was particularly pleased they discovered the root cause of our problem, which another plumber did not find or consider on 3 separate visits.
