Ben came around on the same day that I posted the job. He was really friendly and drafted detailed plans on what was needed to install a dishwasher in my kitchen. The original kitchen was not built to accommodate a dishwasher amongst the fitted units. Ben came up with a good way of fitting the dishwasher in the kitchen and included information for the electrician, the dishwasher and all caveats. He was able to give me a very reasonable quote on the same day, and kept in contact with me throughout the duration to help me buy the correct dishwasher and plan accordingly. On the day, he did a great job. The dishwasher is perfectly positioned, is integrated very neatly in the kitchen (even though there was no space originally) and there's nothing out of place. He brought along all the plumbing and tools necessary to fit the kitchen and adjust existing units. He adjusted the dishwasher and door until I was happy with it's alignment and made sure he cleaned up after himself when the job was done, leaving no trace that anything had happened in the kitchen.

Originally i wanted a rodent trap fitted to address a rat problem and a bad smell coming from under a bathroom bathtub. He convinced me to break apart the tile work to get under the bath and quoted £160 to just inspect the situation under the bath with "it wont be more than a few hundred quid to sort out any issues". He arrived at 7pm at my tenanted flat and then discovering alot of rat poo total price to be charged went up to £690. Timing of it all (late at night) left me with zero options and he knew it. I agreed to pay to get the job done. Bath panel that he said he would fit turned into a piece of plywood and he broke additional tiles beyond the tiled bath panel which is just careless. A week later a mysterious leak appeared and his plywood panel had to come out and will now need to be replaced as wet and warped. He showed up with 4 guys to do a 1 man job so I guess i that regard I got my money's worth. He made my tenant uncomfortable as wouldn't leave before payment was received. He covered the floor with ovc plastic sheeting to protect the floor but dumped this and other rubbish in the area in front of the flat where the upstairs neighbour was storing some bagged rubbish from their renovations. Everything about the transaction was off, maybe your experience will be different but I would not recommend this plumber to anyone else.
