Plumbing- 20 Sep 2025
I’m not happy with the service I received. From the beginning, the plumber asked for a £20 call-out fee. I clearly messaged that I wasn’t willing to pay any amount unless I was satisfied with the work and agreed to proceed. When he arrived, he insisted on the £20 call-out fee, saying there was a “communication gap.”and he came from ely. I felt pressured to pay. It’s not about the money but about being pushed into paying something I hadn’t agreed to. In the end, all that was done was applying some silicone to my tub, which wasn’t helpful to me at all. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service and would not recommend based on my experience.
