Karam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He came to fit our washing machine, but went above and beyond what we initially agreed. Not only did he do an excellent job with the installation, he also took extra time to make sure everything was working perfectly and even helped with a few additional fixes around the area — all with a friendly and professional attitude. He is a genuinely nice man, very respectful, tidy, and clearly takes pride in his work. I couldn’t be happier with the service, and I’ll definitely be calling on him again for future jobs. Fantastic work at short notice. He fixed the dripping kitchen taps easily; Upstairs was much harder; diagnosed the issue with the upstairs bath and shower combined taps (they used to work but then stopped doing so - the valve inside was smashed); replaced them with new; (he looked around a number of distributor's sadly they were not the same quality). He wasn't to blame as he continuously chased them up. I would recommend him to anyone.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.

Lukasz building company and his family team done Marbel flooring tiling in my house kitchen, bathrooms walls and floor, hall way, they fit my bathrooms and my kitchen. The work was fantastic and they are very dedicated and delivered very good job best of the best. They are very professional and I am happy with the work they done. I recommend them to any tiling job, bathrooms fitting, kitchen fitting. They done the plumbing related all the fittings on the bathrooms and will continue the kitchen also.
