If you are looking for a communicative, honest and professional handyman, Sam is your man. We gave Sam 4 difficult handyman tasks to complete. He was honest to diagnose one and say it was beyond economical repair. He used expert initiative to remedy the other 3 and all are working well. Sam was quick and thorough to communicate from the beginning. He was friendly and polite throughout. He always worked and tried hard to resolve the works we needed. He completed the works for a fair price. We will be using Sam again when we need to and he comes with our high recommendation.

I am very happy with the job done by A-M Plumbing & Heating. Armin visited on 2 occasions prior to being awarded the job to discuss how to do it (originally my hope was to install a water softener in the kitchen, but then it became clear that fitting at the other side of the house where the water main entered was the best option). His quote was competitive and the job itself carried out neatly, with attention paid to cleaning up as they went (the job included cutting into the understairs area to allow the water softener to drain to the foul waste system and to provide a hardwater pipe to a nearby sink). After the job and separately to the original plumbing job they were happy to do some carpentry to hide the new pipes with a neat, strong box. They painted the box and made good the understairs area. All this subsequent work was carried out to a high standard. I would be happy to use them again for future plumbing, carpentry or decorating works.

Extremely Disappinted with Planetium Construction- I hired Planetium for a 59k renovation job. Initially, the workmanship was acceptable only because I supervised closely and had them redo substandard work multiple times. However, before the job has been complete, I discovered already a roof leak in the master bedroom, direcly under the newly renovated bathroom. Despite my repeated requests, Planetium refused to take responsiblity or fix the issue. Just telling me need additional charges for the work. Worst still, Adrian the owner, demanded I pay the final balance of 1840 before they would address the GF heating which stopped working after they installed the new controller. When I reasonably refused to pay before they complete the job , Adrian swore at me over the phone the most offensive language. Furthermore, they promised to replace a new Miele microwave for the one they damaged during installation but now just walked away. Leaving me unresolved issues and additional repair cost!

Mansour is extraordinary at his job. Not only is he very efficient but also has a great sense of responsibility. He doesn’t shy aware from assisting even weeks after the work he has completed is done.
