Posted a job after hours at around 7pm - Tomas was on another job nearby at the time and headed over afterwards. By 9pm the problem was solved and some expert advice given - with the water flowing a lot better than it was previously, stopcock eased and pressure valve adjusted. Excellent work and a speedy response - top drawer.

Kaz, the job says replace flush system for toilet cistern. The system only costs £16.99 at Screwfix. You charged £90 that was paid to your account to do this but instead of replacing the whole system you trimmed the old outlet part with a saw. This is an old part that we already had 10 years out of it. Now I have an irate tenant sending me videos and photos as it is leaking water into the bowl none stop. You argued that it is over a year. But it is obvious short cutting for a job you already have been paid well to do and should have done and fully replaced as described in the ad. I sent you video and photos of the part you trimmed for a temporary fix. You can clearly see the saw cut edges at the top. You are a plumber and know the two parts don't match. I do understand it would have taken you may be an extra 15 minutes to replace it but that is the job that was advertised and that you have been paid for. No landlord wants to watch someone fix something they are paying them to do.

I would hire Irfan Kara again. His manner was friendly and professional and he willingly did a small electrical job for me also in the same visit. Piotr (Peter) was extremely prompt, polite and efficient. He contacted me on the same day as the job was posted, gave me a competitive quote and came over to inspect the required job first. He fixed an appointment to start the work on the next day, arrived punctually, finished the job which was quite a tricky one to access as it was located behind fitted kitchen cabinets, in less than an hour and a quarter, tidied up and left after testing the connection fully.
