The sink and washer leaked 3 times. He did come back to fix each leak but in the end the washer leaked again and I fixed it myself with some new parts and sealing tape from Screwfix. The sink sprung a leak and ruined the cabinet. We called emergency cover as there was hot water everywhere. They sent out Dyno Rod to fix the problem. The guy said the sink pipes were fitted poorly with the incorrect materials. We never called Mark back as we had no faith in his work after the 3rd fix. In terms of payment, I didn't pay till after the 3rd time he came back to fix the leaks as the job had not been completed to a satisfactory standard. After 10 days of no payment Mark threatened legal action (for the £140) as I was witholding payment. In 3rd visit he also brought a friend with him to appear more threatening. I don't know what their plans were but I'm a size 10 lady and did not appreciate being made to feel threatened to pay. I did pay the full amount within 12 days of the job being completed. We've moved out of the house since so don't know what state the rest of the plumbing is in now! I would not reccomend this plumber.

I asked Dean to so a small job for my elderly parents, which he did. I then asked him to fit a new shower for them, which he priced up and we agreed a date. He asked for the money for the materials upfront and for the rest on completion. Having agreed a date and I arranged to be there (200 miles away) to minimise upset to my parents, he said he'd had a bereavement. I was understanding, and we later arranged another date. He again cancelled after I'd arranged work around being there, claiming transport issues. I said that it wasn't going to work, as I needed to,be able to rely he'd be there when I had to go to great lengths to be there at the agreed dates. He has now ghosted me, owing £995. I will now have to make a claim via small claims court. Absolutely reprehensible behaviour.

Great communication. Sajad tried very hard to fix my leak but unfortunately the shower (2 yr old) had corroded away inside (possibly due to hard water). He tried allsorts but problem couldnt be fixed. He was lovely and easy to talk to and turned up when he said he would. Will deffo use again.

Ryan was great - he gave me a competitive quote after seeing a video of the issue. We arranged a date for him to come and then he let me know when he was on his way, and then he got the job done quickly and efficiently. He also explained what the issue was as well, which was helpful. Afterwards, I asked some questions about getting a new shower and about our water pressure and he was happy to answer them. I’ll definitely use him again!
