During the course of the job, the contractor needed to remove the skirting which damaged some paintwork. Whilst this is fine he refused to make good his damage saying "I don't paint, I am not a painter". If this was the case then this should have been communicated by the contractor earlier, that any damage to perform the job, will not be made good. Any reasonable customer would expect contractor damage to be made good. I had to hire someone else to make good the job.

The loft insulation in my detached property was old and poorly laid. I also had a lot of rubbish in the loft which needed removing. Jon was very professional through out the process. He gave me a competitive quote, did a video call to see the job (because of the distance) and agreed to remove old insulation and rubbish, vacuum the whole loft and replace with high quality 300mm insulation. All the workers were really polite and courteous and did a really good quality job. Would strongly recommend Jon and team.

I’m very disappointed with the service I received. I initially hired you to fix a leak, but the same issue reoccurred just a month later. When I contacted you, you said will go on a Monday and didnt turn up, when I sent you several messages after a week you said you were in the hospital, which I completely understood and respected. However, weeks later you promised to return on a Thursday to check the problem, and you never showed up or contacted me to explain. Since then, you’ve ignored my messages entirely. This lack of responsibility and communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with ongoing issues in someone’s home.

Paul was quick and very clear in his initial communication with me quoting a price for the job and telling me exactly what to buy and where to buy the radiators I required He arrived promptly and he did a really great job today changing my radiators from storage heaters to electric wall mounted radiators He worked very hard , it turned out to be a heavy complicated job . He really knows his trade He was very thorough and professional throughout whilst being friendly and polite. He cleared everything up after the work was completed I am so pleased with the job he did and the radiators look great. His cost for the work he did, I think was very fair I would really recommend him for any heating plumbing issues and I would certainly contact him again if I require any further work . I have recommended him to my friend already

I had a problem with my hot water cylinder where the reset button kept tripping, so I decided to use [company name]. He came out the same day and, after discussing the issue, quoted for replacement heating elements, which I accepted. I honestly cannot fault the work or overall service. He didn’t just replace the elements — he also drained the tank, cleaned the system through, and carefully recommissioned everything afterwards. Within 24 hours the hot water was back working properly and I have definitely noticed the hot water pressure has improved significantly. As I have an older Heatrae Sadia Megaflo system, it was difficult finding somebody experienced with unvented/G3 systems, so I was extremely pleased with the service provided.
