I am a polite and thoroughly professional gas engineer. I guarantee all my work and will do everything I can to make sure any work I do is to the customer’s utmost satisfaction. I will call when I say I will call and be there when I say I’m going to be there. These are the foundations of any good professional service. I have been a gas engineer for a less than a year as I was a teacher for 30 years previously. Although not super experienced I do have experience of working with people and making sure my standards are extremely high. I am honest and have a wonderful team of support technicians who advise on repairs as more minds the better in solving boiler issues. If you’re looking for a friendly gas engineer who will go above and beyond then look no further. I’m reasonably priced and always remember what it is like to be a customer.

He was polite, smart and friendly. He apologised for being 1.5 hours earlier than expected. He showed me his ID and Gas Safe Register Cards before I asked for them. He helped clear the kitchen and was fast & efficient in carrying out the job. He capped off the gas and sealed the electric point. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thank you.
