Excellent service from start to finish. Adam replaced the main stop valve in my kitchen under the sink quickly and professionally, and also fixed a leak in my toilet. The work was completed to a high standard, everything was left clean and tidy, and they explained what had been done. Reliable, punctual, and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

He is thoughtful in his approach and listens, reconfirms that he understands what is required to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction (in this case my satisfaction ) He will also offer alternate suggestions which may be helpful. Luke prices fairly and competitively . I was delighted with his work and he checked out his work as he progressed and that the work was to my satisfaction. I am delighted and grateful that the work was indeed done to my satisfaction. He is also prepared to ' listen ' ??? ... to background chatter ( noise ) !!!!!...
