Andy delivered what he’d promised and exceeded expectations. From first contact in April to completion today (15th July) he has been courteous, professional and has consulted us as necessary as the work has progressed. Problems that were not obvious when he attended site to work up his quotation were all addressed and without exceeding his original quotation. Andy and the tradesmen he uses for work he needs support with are thoroughly reliable. He turned up when he said he would and came back to finish off at a weekend, which was appreciated. We would highly recommend Parnaby Property Developments.

Darren has just completed plastering a large bedroom for me and his work was excellent. When he viewed the room he was very thorough in his examination of what needed to be done. His quote was very reasonable and he kept me updated on his progress while he was working. He finished the job quicker than he planned and his price reflected this at the end. He left the room tidy and cleaned up any messes he had made. I would definitely recommend Darren and will be using him again in the future.
