all in all awful organisation. Ended up pulling the plug and telling him not to bother He worked 5 hours in 3 days. I was without a shower weds Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday. Turned up with women on the job when I wasn’t in who wernt there to work. Turned up for one hour the first day (130-230) afree asking what we were doing again. 2nd day didn’t show at all. Said he had a flat tyre but only told me at 2pm. Friday worked 5 hours 930-230. No work done at weekend. Monday called me at 903. Said he was picking up the shower tray and he would be straight over- I gave it till 1pm before I told him not to bother. His response - Ive only just picked up the tray and put it in my van. Should have been a 2 day job. And after giving 650 deposit and being quoted 2.3k when I obtained all the tiles I’d have expected a little more priority and organisation.

Fantastic absolutely excellent couldn't have asked for more. Replaced the insides of the toilet (I had water constantly flowing ,the toilet over 13 years old) .Explained exactly what was going to happen and was surprisingly fast. The toilet is fixed closed unit with no waste pipes on show flush to the bathroom wall so it entails extra work. Very Honest absolutely delighted. Thank you

Ali was patience in assessing and finding the leak and defective pipes installed by another plumber. There were leaks from the roof and inside the walls with my apartment flooded. He explained in detailed the cause, did a report assessment and fixed the defective pipes installed work. The leak gave me anxiety and scare of turning the main water supply back on as I had turned off the main water supply. Ali reassured me and talked me through the repair process.
