Paul was quick and very clear in his initial communication with me quoting a price for the job and telling me exactly what to buy and where to buy the radiators I required He arrived promptly and he did a really great job today changing my radiators from storage heaters to electric wall mounted radiators He worked very hard , it turned out to be a heavy complicated job . He really knows his trade He was very thorough and professional throughout whilst being friendly and polite. He cleared everything up after the work was completed I am so pleased with the job he did and the radiators look great. His cost for the work he did, I think was very fair I would really recommend him for any heating plumbing issues and I would certainly contact him again if I require any further work . I have recommended him to my friend already

Mitchell arrived promptly and was polite and friendly. He adjusted the toilet mechanism which had become faulty and re-installed the flush plate which fixed the problem temporarily, and advised me on next steps if a bigger solution may be required. He was friendly and informative.

Disappointing experience with Craig - he asked for £140 initially to unblock/investigate the drains. After 30mins visiting our property, no drains were unblocked, and the main manhole in the basement was not opened to assess any issues within. His follow-on quote for works were above £1k which seemed unreasonable. When i tried to explain that £140 seemed unreasonable for time spent without unblocking anything, he threatened an admin fee and daily interest if i didn't pay. Obviously not worth that hassle so i paid in full, but very disappointing that tradesmen continue to get away with this behaviour.
