Steven was the first person to reply and did so speedily. When he learned that he had been selected he rang to say that he was coming down to the area that evening and could he see the nature of the job. Having done so he agreed a date on which it could be carried out. He needed to order the water meter which would take some days. Despite the fact that the Plumb Center did not supply the meter on the promised day, Steve arrived the following day and immediately got on with the job, although we were out attending an appointment on that morning. By the time we returned, the work , which required intricate pipework, was almost finished. Throughout the whole episode Stephen and his partner were professional and amenable in every respect. I strongly recommend his services to you.
